For Me?

Another image in my series of creature folk. I thought it would be interesting to take the dragon shaman idea and do a series connected with the different elements. This one is fire.

At first, the image was just her, but I added the little dragon with the flower to add a bit of a story. I also wanted to work in a few elements from dragon paintings into her design. Often you'll see the dragon wrapped in flame and smoke, and I wanted to mirror that here. At the end of things, I feel I should have done a bit more wrapping! Still, thinking about the colors and what the element represents, it's fitting, in a way. I think Earth in full armor would be a good counterbalance to this piece.
